Hello! My name is Julie and I am the Store Manager of our store in Chandler Fashion Center in sunny Arizona. I began my career with Ann Taylor nine years ago and am excited to be part of a company that allows me to do what I love every day.
When I walk into the store each morning (with my Dunkin Doughnuts coffee in hand) I am energized and excited to see what the day will bring. I spend the morning analyzing business, planning for the day, and ensuring that our clients walk into a store that takes their breath away.
Once the doors are open, the real fun begins. I have the opportunity to work with the most amazing group of men and women. We have moms, dads, teachers, lawyers, business owners, fashion designers, fashion bloggers, and a biologist on staff! They are truly brilliant and so much fun to work with. These men and women are diverse, but we all have one common goal: to make every woman who walks through our doors look as beautiful on the outside, as she is on the inside. It is not a hard job to do, considering we have the most beautiful clients and the most beautiful clothes! Every day, I am amazed at the women who are part of our community. They are truly inspiring individuals and I love being able to get to know them on a personal level.
My favorite part of my job is knowing that I have the ability to impact someone’s day. When associates walk into work, I want them to enjoy being part of the team and to love what they do as much as I do. I create a fun, positive environment, and make sure everyone is successful at what they do. Because I am the world’s best practical joker, I am also great at keeping them on their toes! When clients walk in our doors, I have the ability to make their day even better. I want them to breathe a sigh of relief when they walk in, knowing that they are in a place that makes them feel relaxed, stress-free, and taken care of.
Our clients have the ability to shop at a number of stores. Why do they choose Ann Taylor at Chandler Fashion Center? I believe it is because we strive to create an experience that is unexpected, and unsurpassed. Whether it is the ability for her to make a private shopping appointment with one of our amazing stylists, or the ability for her to have a private shopping party with her friends, or the new modern look of the new concept store with touch screen computers and crystal chandeliers, our team is dedicated to providing her with an experience that she will not forget, and one that will keep her coming back.
Why do I love working at Ann Taylor? I am surrounded by beautiful people, beautiful clothes, and work for a company that I believe in. How could I NOT love it?

Ann Taylor Aventura
Hi! Greetings from the Ann Taylor concept store team in Aventura. We blogging from sunny Miami Florida.
We have had quite a month! We opened our new concept store in Miami in the Aventura Mall at the busiest time of the year, one week prior to Black Friday. It has been an intense few weeks but our clients our clients are very excited about our new store.
What can you expect from the new concept store in Aventura? You will experience a beautiful new interior with a boutique atmosphere. The store is so chic, and if we may say so, the service so good that you will not leave the store without a few new Ann pieces and a whole new style. Our in-store stylists are here to give you fashion advice to help tackle dressing from desk to dinner. We know how hard it can feel to look your best in a city as fashion forward as Miami and we are here to help with even the biggest style challenges. As you can see in this photo was taken at our grand opening event we all have very different styles and we love helping our clients discover their own looks. From left to right Elizabeth, Fredeline, Natalia and co-manager Heather are all wearing Ann Taylor in their own unique way and we are confident we can help you do the same.

Ann Taylor is opening our second concept store in Seattle at Bellevue Square this October. We asked the Bellevue team to tell us a little bit about work and play in Seattle!
What is it like to work at the Bellevue Square Ann Taylor? We focus on the client experience from head-to-toe. With the assistance of our head stylist Delan (pictured here) and the rest of the wonderful team of in-store stylists we are focused on making Ann clients feel and look beautiful. Our team is passionate about helping our clients find exactly what they need to update their closets and to be trend right-for every season. Simple suggestions can be the most powerful and our team loves to discuss style, fabric and fit that sets the pieces in our store apart. The team is focused on a few must-haves for this season including a perfect winter coat, slim leg pant, the silk shell and a great bootie to name a few.
The team in Bellevue Washington is overjoyed to be the second new concept store and we can’t wait to express our gratitude by by inspiring and connecting with the women of Washington to create a special, memorable experience.

Ann Taylor is opening our second concept store in Seattle at Bellevue Square this October. We asked the Bellevue team to tell us a little bit about work and play in Seattle!
Seattle is a great town for living life to the fullest and The Bellevue Ann team has a lot going on. Obviously, we love spending time at Bellevue Square. Our favorite lunch spot is The French Bakery, a chic hangout serving Parisian inspired cuisine. Our Ann wardrobes easily make the transition from day to night so we can go from hanging out at Seattle’s famous Pikes Place Market to dinner dates at Daniel’s Steakhouse. And if we are feeling really ambitious we love to have a night on the town with drinks at Purple.
On a more casual day you can find us reading our favorite local magazines such as 425, Seattle Magazine or Seattle Metropolitan Magazine at a local favorite Starbucks. The coffee chain is based out of our hometown and trust us when we say coffee is part of our local culture. The Seattle community is also a great place for charitable initiatives. Our clients are excited by our Ann Cares initiatives but local causes like environmental education mean a lot to everyone in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Hi there! My name is Becky and I am one of Ann Taylor’s Marketing Managers. I’ve been with the Ann Taylor marketing team for 3 years and was lucky enough to be a part of Ann Taylor’s evolution.I manage the in-store marketing elements for our stores as well as plan and host many of our client events.
One of my recent projects was the opening of our new concept store in Atlanta’s Lenox Square Mall. We decided to celebrate with an amazing event on Saturday 8/28 that I helped plan! Everyone who attended had a great time; we served Prosecco and hors d’oeuvres, raffled off some beautiful pieces while our DJ spun. I even helped out a few clients with some styling!
This is only the 1st of our new concept stores, keep your eyes peeled because we may be opening one in a mall near you! In the meantime, I’m keeping myself busy at our home office with a bunch of different projects! I helped with our Fashion’s Night Out event (that’s a photo of me with my boyfriend at our Madison Avenue party and yes I’m wearing quite a bit of Ann!).Other projects I am working on include developing all the marketing materials for our holiday season and starting on Spring 2011. The gifting items we have coming in for the holidays are incredible, I’ll probably end up gifting a lot to myself (as well as my friends and family).

Our New Concept Store
Last week we opened our first new concept store in Atlanta, GA in Lenox Mall. In the next few months, several stores will be opening with this fresh new look. We designed these stores with our client in mind, thinking of how we could provide her with most elevated and enjoyable shopping experience.
