Visual Digest: LA Edition

Visual Inspiration

Jenna from our Visual Merchandising team just got back from 2 weeks in Los Angeles! Part work and part vacation, she reported back with a few gems she discovered on her trip. Here’s her guide to what’s trending in LA culture for this month’s Visual Digest:

1. Cafe Habana in Malibu – This little Cuban restaurant was #1 on Jenna’s list, especially for the Mexican corn on the cob. The great news? We have one in New York!

2. S’well Bottles – For the eco-conscious water drinker and cool kids on the block. They even hold hot beverages!

3. Linus Bikes – The idea of preserving the golden era of French bicycle design in the 50′s and 60′s, this bike shop sells simple, beautiful bikes with handmade baskets.

4. Grom Gelato – A high-quality gelateria, Grom produces it’s gelato only from the best raw agriculture they can find – from Sicily to Central America. They have seasonal flavor offerings like Peach and Torta Caprese.

5. TINI – “This is not Ikea” scours flea markets, real estate auctions, and garage sales for their vintage furniture. The buyers look specifically for pieces that have personality and believe that buying vintage furniture is the ultimate way to go green.
