There’s something incredibly fun about getting a behind-the-scenes peek into a cool NYC office where great things happen — and it’s even better if the women who work there are super stylish.
Hearing from these trailblazing women and getting a peek at what inspires them will fuel you up to soar at work this week (and look great doing it).
BaubleBar is… the final say in fashion jewelry, BaubleBar was founded from the perspective of two smart, style-savvy women who felt that popular jewelry retailers could improve in selection and editorial guidance. Ergo, BaubleBar was born in January 2011, a retailer that blends accessorizing expertise with a wide selection of fresh, trend-driven pieces, whose name has become synonymous with playful, statement-making jewelry.
Elanah Entin, Social Media Manager
What do you do at BaubleBar? Everything social! I manage multiple channels daily including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. After perfecting my filter game over the past year, I like to think of myself as a professional Instagrammer!
What does “Changemaker” mean to you? And how does BaubleBar embody that? Plain and simple: making a change, and being one of the first to do so. BaubleBar puts fashion jewelry on the map, and empowers women to express themselves through a little (or a lot) of sparkle.
Where do your clothes and personal style fit in to your career? I dress to feel comfortable, whether it’s a neon shirt or a polka dot dress. Wearing a statement necklace or earrings always amps up my look, and I love to wear bright lipstick regardless of the occasion.

What does “Changemaker” mean to you? And how does BaubleBar embody that? To me a changemaker is someone who isn’t afraid to take chances and try something unexpected. Nina Alexander-Hurst, Director of Customer Experience and the SWAT team (Service With Accessorizing Talent)
What do you do at BaubleBar? I get to make people happy every day! Whether we’re doing a video chat styling session with a customer across the country, helping a customer place an order, directing a husband toward the perfect anniversary gift, instagramming our favorite new arrivals, or popping open a bottle of Champagne with a bride in The Bar, the SWAT team is focused on building long-lasting relationships while ensuring a fantastic experience.
What does “Changemaker” mean to you? And how does BaubleBar embody that? I think a changemaker is someone who is not afraid of failure and loves taking chances. Our cofounders Amy and Daniella built a team full of creative, but also incredibly driven, rockstars. We learn from our mistakes, constantly collaborate and push each other to be better, make educated decisions, and kick ass.
Where do your clothes and personal style fit in to your career? I’m lucky to work in an office that encourages creativity and personal style. I like the element of surprise, whether it’s a pop of color or mixing up styles. One day I’ll wear jeans, Nike high tops and a leather jacket, then top it all off with a large, crystal statement necklace. The next day I might wear a frilly dress, heels and classic earrings. Now when I’m shopping, I look out for outfits that are flattering, fun, and most importantly, show off my jewelry!
