Our Homemade Granola Recipe

Our PR Coordinator Sarah shared this recipe for homemade granola with us! (Adapted from Ina Garten)

4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

2 cups of sweetened shredded coconut

1/2 tbsp cinnamon (optional)

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup good honey (or maple syrup or agave nectar)

Any dried fruits and nuts – I like apricots, figs, cherries, blueberries, cashews and pecans.

Toss oats, shredded coconut, vegetable oil, cinnamon and honey together.  Spread evening on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for35-40 mins or until an even golden brown, stirring occasionally.  I add the nuts and dried fruits to bake for the last 5 – 10 mins so they get toasted a little.
