15-Second Style Series: How To Work Your Office Dress Code

Sometimes, one’s actual job description has little to do with what one wears to work — enter the office dress code. If you’re an attorney at a large corporation, your dress code is probably conservative. Flip that around if you’re a barrister at a start-up — you can wear something completely different.  And then enter the creative office — here, you’re encouraged to express yourself through your clothing and accessories, but you still have to project professionalism.

We decided to take 15 seconds to show you our favorite outfits depending on your office’s dress code as a part of our #15secondstyle series on Instagram. See the looks below and feel free to discuss the merits of a business casual dress code versus a start up dress code.

Creative Office: Just as comfy and versatile as a t-shirt, but taken to the next level. Add structure to your silhouette, but keep your look easy with our Crepe Short Sleeve Top in Neutral Fog. Relaxed, yet refined, our Drapey Pants are have-to-haves.

Conservative Office: A cardi. A button-down. Trousers. These are no-fail boardroom basics, but when you add embellished details, impeccable fit, and sweet dots, these three are anything but basic.

Start-Up: Keep your look current and edgy, yet professional, with our Glazed Lace Zip Top and Navy Ankle Pants.
